Donate unwanted goods
The Benoni Lions Club is in need of second-hand books and other items that can be sold at a jumble sale.
The club’s members will collect the books and other items such as clothing, linen and kitchenware.
“These books are sorted and taken to our monthly book sale at Mall @ Carnival as well as the Lemongrass Urban Market,” said the club’s Isobel Reyneke.
“All the funds raised by the jumble and book sales are put back into the community through service projects to the people and organisations in need within Benoni and surrounding areas.”
