The accident happened near Vintage Street, at about 10.30am.
Liam Hardy, ER24 spokesperson, said four people were in the vehicle which crashed into a lamp pole.
Two male children, aged two and three years old, sustained minor injuries.
A female in her 20s also sustained minor injuries.
The patients were transported to Life the Glynnwood Hospital.
Hardy said a male in the car did not require hospitalisation.
