Public gets their health checked at local church
The Northmead Baptist Church had a wellness clinic on their premises on September 16.
Jackie Kuit, a qualified nurse from the Netcare Linmed Hospital, provided services such as checking blood pressure, sugar and cholesterol, to name a few.
According to Kuit, the clinic is aimed at assisting people within the community and has been running for about seven years.
It takes place twice a month, every second Saturday from 8.30am to noon.

All members of the public are welcome to get their health checked at the church in 13th Avenue.
