Pedestrian dies in N12 accident

A pedestrian died on the N12 highway this afternoon (September 3).

The accident happened before the Kingsway Road off-ramp, when travelling west, at about 4.30pm.

Liam Hardy, ER24 spokesperson, said a man in his 50s had already died when paramedics arrived on scene.

The two occupants in the vehicle, a man and a woman, were not injured.
