Police are searching for murder suspects

A case of murder was opened at the Actonville Police Station on August 29 after a man was shot by three suspects.

“The murder occurred at Vilakazi Avenue, Wattville around 5.40am,” said Actonville SAPS spokesperson, Capt Pheello Mothapo.

“It is alleged the 39-year-old (deceased) was on his way to work when he was approached by three unknown male suspects.

According to Mothapo, the suspects began shooting and when he collapsed, one of the suspects allegedly shot him in the head.

“The suspects then ran away,” said Mothapo.
