If not, there is always the next issue.

The City Times has blown the dust off its archived copies and found photos of some famous Benoni faces, such as Charlize Theron as a 16-year-old and three-time Comrades winner Frith van der Merwe in her youth.

We have also unearthed some less famous mugs, but Benonians they are.

Your local newspaper will on a weekly basis publish up to five photos of people who have been featured in the City Times. We want to know what happened to them.

In addition, we welcome you to ask us to search for the coverage of your time in the local spotlight.

To possibly have the article republished online, let us know what year the photo appeared.
