Bunny Park court case postponed

The court case between the Bunny Park volunteer groups and the Ekurhuleni Metro was postponed until tomorrow (June 28).

Ban Animal Trading (Bat) and Save the Bunny Park Animals posted this news on their respective Facebook pages.

According to the posts, the case will be heard at 11.30am at the Johannesburg High Court.

The groups announced on June 22 that they filed a lawsuit against the metro on the grounds of being in contempt of court.

This followed after a settlement was reached between the volunteer groups and the metro in July last year.
