Rider critically hurt in Northmead crash

The incident, which also involved a vehicle, happened at the intersection of Hanekam and Brodigan streets, at about 5.50pm.

ER24 spokesperson Sanjay Sukdeo said the man, who is believed to be in his early 20s, was transported to the Life the Glynnwood Hospital with critical injuries.

Sukdeo said the rider’s helmet came off in the accident.

The driver of the car was not hurt.
