Warm donations well received

Eagles Embassy empowered the lives of seven children by giving them winter uniforms on May 7, in Rynfield.

The organisation has a social development sector called Embassy Foundation of Social Development (EFSD), which aims to partner with disadvantaged communities to provide assistance.

Seven children from Crystal Park Primary School were identified in the EFSD project called ‘Adopt A Child Project’.

The organisation gave each of the seven children hampers consisting of shirts (two), trousers (two), socks (two pairs), tracksuits and shoes.

The boys also received belts and some children were given blazers.

“This has relieved me of massive stress,” said Caren Botha, a parent of two children who were both recipients of winter uniforms.

“It helps a lot because financially I could not afford it.”

Vicki-Lee (7) and Jonathan (6) Botha were both excited to receive the hampers.
