General manager at Lakeside Mall, Chantell Roemer, said the incident happened at Hayward Diamonds at around 12.05pm.

A shopper who notified the City Times of the incident, said she was in Edgars when the clothing store’s staff closed the entrance as a precautionary measure.
It is unclear whether there are any injuries.
