The Benoni SAPS is requesting members of the community to come forward after two men were found with stolen goods at their place of residence.

Police are looking for the owners of these stolen items.

The men were arrested on February 16 in Chris Hani, Daveyton.

Benoni SAPS spokesperson Capt Nomsa Sekele said they need assistance in identifying the goods in order to strengthen their case against the suspects.

The goods that were seized include jewellery and bank cards.

Those claiming the stolen goods are required to present proof of ownership.
