Residents invited to support group meeting

A new mental health support group in Benoni is available for people who are suffering from, and affected by, depression and anxiety.

The support group is part of the South African Depression and Anxiety Group (Sadag).

The aim of the group, lead by Charlette de Villiers, is to provide warmth, understanding and support.

The meetings will take place every Monday at the Manger Care Centre, 8 Kirschner Road in Brentwood Park, from 7pm to 8pm.
