Lemongrass market’s busy weekend
The Lemongrass Urban Market provides locals a platform to market themselves within the community on every last Sunday of the month.
This month, two markets will be held: one on Saturday, October 29 and the other Sunday, October 30.
On the Saturday, a ‘Halloween Night Market’ with arts and crafts, food, kids entertainment and music, will be open from 6pm until 10pm.
There will be prizes for the best dressed children and adults.
On Sunday, the urban market will be held from 10am until 3pm.
A variety of stalls will be erected and there will be line dancing, doggy dancing and live entertainment.
This Western Extension market will support LifeLine Ekurhuleni, the Benoni Host Lions Club and Sector Four CPF.
