The suspect was arrested on September 9 in Rynfield after allegedly raping a woman who lives in Fairleads.
He will be making his fourth appearance at the court.
His first appearance, on September 12 was postponed to September 16 for legal aid.
It was then postponed to Thursday (September 22) for his first bail application and postponed again to Monday (October 3) for his second bail application.
