Man followed from bank, held at gunpoint for R8 000

Kempton Express: Police are investigating a case of armed robbery after a man was followed home from a bank and robbed at gunpoint on Friday.

The three armed robbers allegedly monitored the victim from a Standard Bank branch in Benoni, where the victim had withdrawn R8 000.

The robbers, travelling in a dark Mercedes Benz, followed close behind their target until they finally cornered him on Deodar Street in Pomona.
