The accident happened on the roadway when travelling towards the N12, at around 6.15pm.
ER24 paramedic Sanjay Sukdeo said there were no serious injuries.
Three people in a double cab bakkie sustained minor injuries, with two of them being transported to hospital.
The male driver of an Audi was not injured.
