Urban Market showcases local talent

Held on the last Sunday of every month, the Lemongrass Urban Market provides locals with a platform to market themselves within the community.

Representatives of the Greater Benoni Child Welfare sold boerewors rolls at the Lemongrass Urban Market. They are Cheri and Divan Smith.

The latest Western Extension market supported People Opposing Women Abuse (POWA). LifeLine Ekurhuleni, Kids Haven, the Benoni Lions and the Greater Benoni Child Welfare were also present on the day, selling various items to raise funds for their charities.
