Four injured in crash
Four people were injured this morning, following a collision on Springs Road, in Daveyton.
According to ER24 spokesperson Russel Meiring, ER24 paramedics arrived on the scene shortly before 8.30am and found a taxi, SUV and light motor vehicle parked on the side of the road.
Four occupants of the taxi were found to have sustained minor injuries.
The remaining occupants and drivers of all three vehicles escaped without injury.
Meiring said paramedics treated the patients and transported them to the Sunshine Hospital in Actonville and the Far East Rand Hospital in Springs for further treatment.
The cause of the collision is not yet known, but local authorities were on scene for further investigations.
