The women were treated to a free cut and blow, massages, nails and make-up.
Pizza, coffee and cake were served during the course of the pamper session.
“The purpose of this is to inspire the women to feel good about themselves,” said Mimi Fileva, an employee at Amaze Beauty Studio.
Glynda Goodwill giggled as she said: “It feels great, we are getting pampered because we don’t have boyfriends.”
The hair studio plans to do this at least once a month to contribute to the community.
