Ashton Grade 10 pupils receive results

Ashton International College announced their Cambridge International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) results for their Form Three (Grade 10) 2015 group of pupils.

The IGCSE syllabus is equivalent to O Levels and Ashton received a 100 per cent pass rate in these exams.

A total of 46 IGCSE Cambridge students wrote the exams at the end of 2015.

A total of 130 distinctions was achieved and, of these, 42 distinctions were above 90 per cent.

All pupils wrote examinations in seven subjects.

“We believe that these exceptional results are among the best ever achieved thus far in the 16 years of existence of Ashton International College and we are extremely proud of the students who have strived and obtained excellence,” the school’s management said.
