Playing just got more fun

The grand opening of TumbleBugz was held on December 12, with youngsters and their parents welcomed by friendly staff.

TumbleBugz is a new indoor playground, located on the corner of Glen Gory and Queensberry roads.

Co-owners Chanel Cloete and Trudi Hefer decided to bring an indoor playground to the Benoni community.

“We saw that there wasn’t enough indoor entertainment for kids around Benoni; we have to travel far to get to such places,” said Cloete.

With both Cloete and Hefer coming from a teaching background, the pair decided to create an environment where the children play and learn at the same time.

They cater for children from birth to 12 years of age.

There are different sections within the facility – each catering for different types of children – all with educational toys and equipment to stimulate children’s minds while they play.

Apart from the play areas, there are two party venues that host 24 kids at a time.

TumbleCafe offers a variety of meals for both children and parents to grab a bite to eat and indulge in a pizza-making experience.
