Power to this couple
Former Benoni residents Viki and Dyllan Smith took second place in the Power Couple South Africa reality show.
Viki said they were disappointed that they did not win the competition, but they are proud of themselves.
“It would have been great to win, but South Africans made their decision and we are happy for Emile and Razia Samson.” said Viki.
The final episode of Power Couple South Africa was broadcast live on M-Net on Thursday night (December 10).
Viki and Dyllan started the show with eight other couples.
They competed in various challenges in and around a camera-filled villa in Cape Town – hoping to win a cash prize of R1-million.
The couples also had to predict how well each other would fare in challenges, by making a wager before the challenges were revealed.
Viki said they walked away as winners, because they grew as a couple.
“We now know how good we are together,” said Viki.
The couple did not walk away empty-handed, as they won R100 000.
“It won’t be the last time you hear from Dyllan and Viki,” Viki added.
