I would like to let you know that there is a young, white male in the Rynfield area (operating along Sarel Cilliers, Graggs and Moodie streets) who exposes himself to female runners passing by.

He was spotted twice already.
My incident happened about a month ago, on a Thursday.
He followed our group (I’m with Run/Walk for Life) and, as we each turned at the desired amount of kilometres for the day, he followed me.
On the corner of Craggs and Moodie streets, he stood and maturated.
I was half a block behind the others and shouted when I came around the corner into Moodie Street.
We did go past a CMS vehicle and I stopped them and explained, but I don’t think my description was clear enough.
He’s got a red bicycle and is quite tall, has dark hair and is in his early 20s.
He was spotted again after the incident, by one of our male runners.
I really hope you’ll be able to do something about this, as this might seem “innocent”, but who knows of what this person is capable?
