Chickitas shows summer clothing-line
Chickitas House of Fashion gave Benoni women a preview of their summer 2015/16 clothing range.
The fashion show was held at the All Souls Church on Saturday, November 7.
Jenny Dharmavr, owner of Chickitas, said the show aimed to keep women aware of the hottest trends for this season – which are offered at the store.
The clothing included black and white classic everyday items – dresses, pants and shirts.
Other items shown included cocktail items for parties, holiday items and ball gowns.
“The clothing is affordable and every woman, of any age, will find a clothing item for any event,” said Jenny.
She added that, for 2016, Chickitas will be every woman’s “one stop shop for everything”, with a shoe-line to be introduced next year.
The fashion show was also held to raise funds for the Benoryn Lioness Club.
A portion of the money realised on items sold will be donated to the club.
Chickitas is located on corner Second Street and Ninth Avenue.
