People participating in the walk should dress in pink and white to show their support for cancer sufferers.
The walk will start at 708 Gabon Street, Chief Albert Luthuli Park in Cloverdene, from 8am to 10am.
There will be talks presented by guest speakers from 1pm to 3pm.
Guest speakers include Pastor Seoloane from Good News of Hope Ministries.
The purpose of the walk is to create awareness and educate people about cancer.
There will be an entrance fee and the money raised will be donated to a community member who has cancer.
