A menu for everyone at Pizza Perfect

When I visited the restaurant with my colleague, Penelope Masilela, we were both unsure of what to expect.
We were greeted by Faadhil Ismail, the owner, who helped us to sample some of his best offerings.
We settled for a Beef Rib Pizza, but Ismail insisted that we try half each of a Beef Rib Pizza and The Perfect Pizza.
We also chose a roasted chicken, glazed with barbecue sauce and a side dish of chips.
I was impressed at how tender and soft the chicken was, made possible because the chicken is roasted in a firewood oven and not a traditional electric stove.
The pizza was perfect with a crisp, yet soft base, with an added touch of chard ends.
The sensation of biting into a firewood baked pizza is priceless; you can’t help but want more.
These days it’s hard to find a pizza outlet that still makes pizza straight from a firewood oven.
This method provides the pizza with an added taste and it also sticks to the original method of cooking pizza.
Ismail said his speciality pizzas were his customers’ favourites and many love to add chili to give it more flavour.
Another favourite is the chicken burger with chips and Coke special – which brings in the regular customers.
Nothing is fried at this Pizza Perfect, all food dishes served are cooked in a firewood oven.
Ismail added that all meat is Halal.
If you are looking for a lunch break treat or something to eat for dinner, why not try Pizza Perfects’ pastas, pizzas or roasted chicken glazed with a sauce of your choice.
Or maybe you might even fancy a chicken or beef burger or a delicious chicken salad made with fresh vegetables with an added sweet, yet tangy sauce?
Either option will leave you craving more.
