On April 26, Const Delkent Nziyano and Const Prince Rashaka were on patrol when they received a call alerting to them to assist Tracker in locating a stolen car.
“On arrival in Barcelona, they found three bakkies. The Benoni Flying Squad joined the operations and tested the cars,” said Sgt Constance Moalusi, Benoni SAPS cluster spokesperson.
After testing the cars it was discovered that two were stolen in Ivory Park and one was stolen in Tembisa.
Upon further investigation, the police found registration plates, truck tyres, rims and loose doors.
