Earlier this week, a truck driver crashed into 50 vehicles on the N12, near the Voortrekker exit.
The driver of the truck which caused the accident appeared in the Palm Ridge Magistrate Court on Thursday October 16.
During the court appearance, it was revealed that the offender has had a previous conviction of culpable homicide.
