Clarke recently attended the CPF’s joint partner meetings and was “pleasantly surprised”.
“It is exceptionally well run and their relationship with the community is amazing,” she said, adding that, during her long time as councillor, she has worked with several CPFs, none of which came close to matching that of Benoni.
Benoni CPF executive chairman Reza Patel said they were very happy about the visit from the MP.
“We are pleased that we have surpassed her expectations and her praise highlights the quality of work being done by our members,” he said.
