More excitement for HunTer fans

There is no stopping ambitious local singer and songwriter HunTer when it comes to producing the best of her music for her fans.

The multi-genre singer recently shot a music video for “Every Woman”, the second song off her album, “Half way around the world” which was released last year.

HunTer wrote this song for her husband, Jaco van de Vyver, who has always shown his full support for her career.

“He is the most amazing person — he supports me and understands that my career is very hard at times, and that I travel far and come home very late some nights,” said HunTer.

“He supports my career and he believes in me and my dream.”

The music video, that was directed by HunTer and produced by Rudi Baker for the Soundz Of HunTer Record Label, features HunTer and her band members performing, while her husband is also featured, and there are a few short shots of her son and daughter, Kyle and Nicole.

The shoot took place at the home of family friends Elsabie and Peter Teitge’s, in Norton Home Estates, in the Benoni Agricultural Holdings.

HunTer said the shoot took a lot of planning, but she thought it went very well.

“All round, I can’t wait to see the end product,” she said.

The video will be released on around April 23, on HunTer’s website, www.soundsofhunter.com, or on her Facebook page, HunTer SA TWO.

Her makeup was done by Mellisa Teitge and Monique, and her hair by Misha Ade Williams.

HunTer will not stop here and aims to achieve even higher levels with her music, which is already being played over radio stations abroad, including some in New York and Canada.

She was also named the number one artist on the East Rand Stereo Pedro Fernando Top 40 charts on April 5, brought to life by Emperors Palace.

Her advice to other musicians who hope to achieve their goals are: “If you believe it and can dream it, you can do it.”

She values the advice of South African singer Nia Nel, who told her: “Put your life into words.”

“If you do not believe in yourself, you are not going to go anywhere,” added HunTer.

She has sold 800 albums and perform in various music shows and at festivals.
