Date extended for February brides to enter
The City Times is extending the date for brides, who were married in February 2014, to enter our February Bride of the Month competition, sponsored by Pick n Pay Brentwood Park.
There are only three more months left until the City Times Bride of the Month competition has run for a complete year and each month’s winner will compete against the others for the Bride of the Year title.
February brides can email their photographs to tanyab@caxton.co.za, with the subject “Bride of the Year”.
The following details must be included:
The bride’s name and maiden name, the groom’s name and surname, date and venue of wedding, current residential address and the bride’s contact details.
Only the bride must be in the photograph.
The picture must be a jpeg attachment of no less than 500KB (or bigger than 4MG).
The entries are open only to brides who were married in February 2014 and who are Benoni residents.
The monthly winner will have to provide proof of her wedding date (marriage certificate).
The winning Bride of the Month will receive a shopping voucher valued at R1 000.
Each month’s winner will go through as a contestant in the Bride of the Year competition.
The overall winner will receive a local or overseas trip for her husband and herself, to the value of R25 000.
The runner-up will win R10 000.
The closing date for February brides to enter is extended from Tuesday, April 1, to Monday, April 14, at noon.
