WhatsApp to disappear on these phones soon
With WhatsApp turning seven years old, it has decided to get get rid of some dead wood.
But anniversary dates are also an opportunity to look back, it said in a blog on its website.
When WhatsApp started in 2009, people’s use of mobile devices looked very different from today. As they look ahead to their next seven years, WhatsApp want to focus its efforts on the mobile platforms the vast majority of people use. So, by the end of 2016, WhatsApp will be ending support for WhatsApp Messenger on the following mobile platforms:
