Rynfield talent raises his bat again
Malhar Shedbalkar, a Rynfield resident and learner at King Edward VII Preparatory School in Houghton, was recently selected to represent Gauteng as an opening batsman and wicket-keeper.
Shedbalkar played exceptionally well in the u-12 provincial tournament at Kearsney College in KwaZulu-Natal from December 8 to 11 with half-centuries and a century.
His stand-out knock came against Northerns when he scored 109 not out.
