Market time fun at Fairleads

Residents spent the day with their families and community members.

Fairleads Retirement Village hosted a morning market on May 26 for the residents, their families and community members.

Manager Anita Prinsloo said the funds raised will go towards upgrading the retirement village and to also buy wheelchairs or personal hygiene items for residents in need.

Thomas Rossmann (12) and Jordan Moorcroft (13), from Rynfield Primary School, lend a helping hand at the morning market.

The retirement village runs a bookshop and a Fair Deals shop at their premises, which are open on Fridays from 12pm to 1pm and on Sundays from 2pm to 4pm.
