Thousands raised to sterilise animals
Benoni Northerns Athletic Club (BNAC) received an “overwhelming” turnout on March 21 at the Benoni Northerns Sports Club, for their event which raised over R24 000 for The Animal Guardians (Tag).
“We will use the funds for a sterilisation campaign for animals in underprivileged communities,” said the race organiser, Karen Zotter.
Dogs attend owner’s funeral and now need homes
