Naledi Maduna’s photograph was placed third in the age group zero to five years old.
Customers entered by taking their photos in Town Square, which was followed by them coming back to select an image that would be uploaded onto the Lakeside Mall Facebook page to start the voting process.
Voting lines opened on February 25 and closed on March 9.
A total of 122 images were uploaded onto the page.
The competition had four age categories: zero to five years, six to 11 years, 12 to 17 years and 18 years and older.
Prizes included Lakeside Mall shopping vouchers, as well as restaurant and photography prizes.

The first prize was awarded to Khumo Mokoka in the zero to five year category.
Second place in the zero to five years old category was awarded to Rorisang Maduna.
David Amani Mpongo came second in the six to 11 years category.
Owethu Baloyi was the winner in the 12 to 17 years category.
Nelisiwe Nkosi (left) and Maria Kutumela’s photograph won third prize in the competition, in the 18 and older category.
Zinhle Myeza and Sizakele Hlatshwayo won second place in the 18-year-old and older category.
Winning third place in the 12 to 17 years category is Masego Phetoane.
Couple Setsembiso and Trevor Mohlala won first prize in the 18 and older category.
Twins Didintle (left) and Dimpho Laka came third in the six to 11 year category.
Nompumelelo Zwane and Rhulani Makhubela submitted their picture in the 12 to 17 year category. They won the second prize.
Anda Fani won first prize in the six to 11 year category.
