The Vengaboys visit Carnival

The acclaimed Dutch commercial house ensemble will hit the stage for their first-ever shows in the Big Top Arena, on December 12 and 13.

The show will be packed with all the hits that have made The Vengaboys famous since they burst onto the international music scene in early 1997.

Fans will get to see them perform songs like “Up and Down,” “We Like To Party”, “Boom Boom Boom Boom”, and “We`re going to Ibiza”.

With global sales of over 20 million singles and five million copies of their first album sold, The Vengaboys have proved to be the most commercially successful Dutch group after 2Unlimited.

Jaco Saaiman, the entertainment manager said Carnival City is thrilled to welcome t group to the stage as part of Emperors’ exciting holiday entertainment line-up.

“We expect a capacity crowd for the show,” he said.

The Vengaboys – the brainchild of two Dutch producers, Wessel van Diepen and Dennis van den Driesschen – is an Amsterdam-based Eurodance/pop group that enjoyed phenomenal commercial success in the 1990s, becoming one of the most influential Eurodance groups in the early 21st century.

The group continues to maintain a busy tour schedule, with most shows based in Europe and Australia.

Their shows in the Big Top Arena start at 8pm, with doors opening at 7pm.
