Kenny Rogers is coming to town

He will be performing at Carnival City’s Big Top Arena on June 15 and 16, and will be supported by country legends Lance James, Barbara Ray, Clive Bruce and Tommy Dell.

Rogers started his music career in 1958 and, over the next 20 years, he achieved much success with his music.

His fame reached new levels after his 1978 hit, The Gambler.

Rogers has won many awards for his music and charity work, including three Grammy awards, 19 American Music Awards, 11 People’s Choice Awards, eight Academy of Country Music Awards and six Country Music Association Awards.

He also received the Lifetime Achievement Award in 2013.

With a career spanning almost six decades, Rogers is regarded as a country superstar and music icon.

This enduring Country Music Hall of Fame member has captivated music lovers around the globe with his touching songs, heartfelt performances, distinctive voice and gift for storytelling.

Rogers has played to millions of fans around the world, performing songs from his catalogue of 24 number one hits, including The Gambler, Islands In The Stream, Lucille and many more.

He has sold more than 120 million albums worldwide, making him one of the top ten best selling male artists of all time, according to the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).

As a popular entertainer around the world, Rogers still enjoys touring and recording new music.

“I really, really love what I’m doing,” he said.

“People survive longer if they love what they’re doing, because you just don’t quit.”
