The Cansa Shavathon mass-movement will take place at several locations around the country on Saturday, February 28.
Local Shavathon points around town include:
- Cansa Shavathon, Northmead Square, corner Fourteenth Avenue and O’Reilly Merry Street.
- Victus Christi Shavathon Market, more than 70 exhibitors of art, crafts and food, and Cansa Shavathon fund-raiser, Gereformeerde Kerk, 24 Miles Sharp Street, Rynfield, 8am till 2pm (Schalk van Eeden 082 516 9409)
- Cansa Shavathon, there will be a charge for charity, Town Square entrance five, Lakeside Mall, 9am till 3pm (Angela Pereira 011 427 1801)
Show your support by spraying your hair a funky colour or if you are brave enough shave it all off for this worthy cause.
