Get your heart pumping for Benoni SPCA on Saturday
Join Urban Shack team to demonstrate your love and support by breaking a sweat for a great cause.
Urban Shack Benoni, a dynamic family fitness centre, will on July 8 host a fundraiser for the Benoni SPCA.
They aim to raise awareness about the plight of abandoned animals and that they receive the proper care they deserve.
Community members and local businesses are invited to participate in a two-hour workout session featuring basic movements.
This inclusive workout is designed for individuals of all fitness levels and involves activities such as running and carrying dog food bags.
The fitness centre aims to make this fundraiser a collaborative effort to support the Benoni SPCA.
There will be cash prizes up for grabs on the day, with the following amounts awarded:
First prize: R 3000
Second prize: R 2000
Third prize: R 1000
Teams of two can compete for these prizes.
