Help crown a Mr and Miss Wattville

Step Into Positivity Youth Initiative is planning to host Mr and Mrs Wattville in November.

Wattville NPO Step into Positivity is appealing for sponsorship for an upcoming event, Mr and Miss Wattville, which they are planning to host in November.

According to the NPO’s founder, Dumisani Radebe, they need money for crowns, sashes, costumes, food and more.

“We are hoping to make this event a huge success. No donation is too small,” he said.

Step into Positivity works with around 40 children in Wattville, empowering them from a young age to develop self-awareness through pageants, arts activities, theatre productions, poetry, music, dance, drum majorettes and other projects.

“Our aim is to transform the lives of vulnerable young people in our underdeveloped community. We want to create a platform for young people to actively engage in social activities for the betterment of their future,” said Radebe.
