Noorderlig leaners among top 15 in spelling bee

No word too big small that these spelling bees can not spell

Grade Three learners of Gekombineerde Skool Noorderlig, Thato Masogo and Kemo Kubyana recently attended the Gauteng Literacy Provincial prize-giving in Roodepoort. Throughout their journey, from cluster level, they had to outspell their competitors all the way through to provincial level. Both secured spots among the top 15 spelling champions in Ekurhuleni North. Kemo secured a top spot while Thato proved that a third language won't keep him from securing second place.
