Bokgabo Poo's favourite colour was orange

Residents of Wattville and surrounding areas have heeded the call to wear Bokgabo Poo’s favourite colour orange on October 21 (today) in honour of her life.

Residents have shared pictures on social media in support of Bokgabo’s family.

Holding white papers written ‘Justice for Bokgabo’ and ‘Don’t kill us’ by pre-schoolers of Little Angels Creche in Barcelona, Etwatwa took to the streets this morning calling for justice.

Liverpool Secondary School educators wore orange clothing to school while learners displayed orange ribbons to celebrate the life of Bokgabo.

Bokgabo went missing on October 10 while playing with a friend in Masoleng Park, Wattville.

A day later, a human leg was discovered in the yard of a house in Wattville and a mutilated body was found in a field in Wattville after residents noticed dogs packing around something on the ground.

Liverpool Secondary School teachers wore orange clothing to school on October 21 while learners had orange ribbons to celebrate the life of Bokgabo.

On October 16, the police confirmed that the family of Bokgabo identified the mutilated body as their missing daughter.
