Easterns Indoor Cricket caps players

The Eastern Gauteng Indoor Cricket team recently awarded provincial caps to 97 players who will represent the province at the junior national indoor cricket championships in Pretoria from March 27 to April 2.

This follows the provincial championships that was held at the Gladiators Indoor Arena in Boksburg.

Besides competing for the national trophy, the players will also fight it out for a spot in the squad to represent South Africa at the World Indoor Cricket World Cup next year. They will also compete for a spot in the team to play in Diamond League.
