Report newspaper vendors wanting ‘Christmas’

The last 2021 issue of the newspaper will be delivered on Wednesday this week.

Caxton Local Media does not condone any newspaper delivery staff asking residents for “Christmas” (gifts, money, food, etc.).

“This is discouraged and not a behaviour we condone. Should anyone experience any difficulties with staff insisting they want a Christmas ‘bonus’, kindly let us know about this by reporting it to our distribution manager, Charmain Erasmus, at charmaine@caxton.co.za or on 073 001 3047,” said Caxton Local Media East and South GM Linda Pretorius.

Please note, the last newspaper for the year is dated December 24 (delivered on December 22) and the first City Times of 2022 will be delivered on January 13 (dated January 14).
