GBCW Cupcake for a Cause initiative supported by local officers

The Crystal Park SAPS officers purchased 53 cupcakes in support of the Greater Benoni Child Welfare (GBCW) Cupcake for a Cause initiative.

The organisation hoped to sell 1 000 cupcakes to bring in extra money for operations at child welfare.

Cake Extreme baked the cupcakes for the child welfare.

Crystal Park SAPS spokesperson Sgt Lerato Mopeli said they bought the cupcakes as a way of giving back to the organisation for the work they do in the community.

Londiwe Ndlovu from GBCW said they appreciate the support, it will go a long way and they thank them.
