The Benoni SPCA wants to appoint three animal welfare assistants.
Their responsibilities will include basic primary animal care, vaccinations, deworming, parasite control, basic wound treatment, microchipping and euthanasia, in all domestic animals.
Preference will be given to a candidate who is registered with the South African Veterinary Council (SAVC).
Interested parties can forward their CV and proof of registration with SAVC to admin@spcabenoni.co.za no later than 10am on November 23.
The SPCA is a welfare organisation and cannot pay market-related salaries as prescribed by the SAVC.
