Bake a cake to help Pug Rescue
The organisation has outstanding vet bills of almost R100 000 it is urging the public to help it settle
Pug Rescue is calling on all home bakers and cooks to donate baked goods towards a bake sale the organisation is hosting on August 29 to raise money to cover their veterinary expenses.
The accounts are already at R94 500, which is why they desperately need the community’s support, by bringing along their cakes and other home-baked goodies to 80/1 Niesen Road, North AH Benoni, on August 28.
Those who cannot bake are welcome to indulge in something sweet or savoury at the bake sale, which runs from 9am to 1pm at the Pug Rescue premises.
Visitors will be expected to adhere to Covid-19 regulations and the event will be Covid-19 compliant too.
