Antonio Mashaba: “Since the virus hit our country, my business is no longer doing well. However, I try to clean everything with disinfectants and chemicals that help. I am scared that some people are not aware of how deadly it is, but as for me, I am taking precautionary measures.”
What are you mostly worried about when it comes to Covid-19, and what precautions are you taking to prevent it?
Mzodumile Buthelezi: “What scares me the most is that people who are running tests, they never came here to check people. I wish they could do random tests to curb the spread, or even the arrival of the virus, in local communities.”
Nokwanda Hlatshwayo: “I wash my hands with soap and warm water daily. When I go out in public, I always keep my distance from crowded areas.”
Ngobese Sipho: “I use gloves when I am outside my home. As a football team coach, I am aware that it affects our matches and our attendance crowd. I am just taking all measures that were provided by the health department. I am avoiding getting diagnosed, or anyone from my team.”
Celiwe Mayisela: “I wash my hands regularly. I cough into my elbow, and I make sure that I take my hygiene as a top priority to stay away from illness, and catching it since it is now everywhere.”
