Applications for grant-in-aid are now open

Application forms are available at all Customer Care Centres and Grant-in-Aid administrative support office at head office in Germiston.

The Ekurhuleni metro continues to assist organisations with financial aid to ensure that they are able to uplift communities in health and social development, economic development, and sports, recreation, arts and culture.

Residents who run entities that aim to advance the lives of fellow citizens are encouraged to register for the 2019/20 grant-in-aid before the closing date on November 29.

Applicants should ensure that their entities focus on providing creative and innovative programmes or services that address the following high-level priority areas:

• Sport, recreation, arts and culture and social cohesion

• Local economic development and sustainable job creation

• Health and social development.

Application forms are available at all Customer Care Centres and Grant-in-Aid administrative support office at head office in Germiston.

Applicants may only submit one application per organisation.
